Tipton(Am CH Baron Anthony Von Meyer HR - Rolling Greens Sparkle HOF (17)) Vanguard was used as the model for the breed in the 1959 edition of the VISUALIZATIONS OF THE STANDARDS. He finished his championship at 11 months of age, with 4 majors, including 2 BOBs.

Winner of four Toy groups at Championship shows. Best of breed Cruft\'s 1964. Ch. Birling Painted Lady his daughter, the top bitch in the breed. 19 C.C.\'s Junior Warrant, four Toy groups at Championship shows, best of breed Cruft\'s 1965 and 1966. Her litter brother, High Flyer, the top young sire in the country. Sired Ch. Birling Highlight in his first litter and sire of the top dog puppy for 1965 and 1966.

1962 - Aust.Ch Pindom Lady DavinaHarry Spira well known Veterinary Surgeon & Dog Judge bred PINDOM LADY DAVINA - the first female in Australian Club was also from Sydney. She was Born in August 1962.Her new owners were Mr & Mrs Longmore, Frank Longmore was a well known Judge, both he & his wife were keen supporters of the breed.Mrs Longmore was to become the future Miniature Pinscher clubs first Patroness.She was also made a foundation member.PINDOM LADY DAVINA was succesfully shown by the Longmore\'s & in November 1964 she gave Victoria its first litter of Miniature Pinschers.

1966 - Eng.Ch Birling Bright StarDOB 22/05/1966 Великобритания(Ch Birling Wawocan Constellation - Birling Ratteri Rebelle)Star was bred by Lionel Hamilton Renwick and was his first Champion. He won 16 C.C\'s and 16 Best of Breeds in the U.K. with 4 Group wins in 1968. He won Best Toy at Windsor under the great American judge Alva Rosenburg, who said the Star was the nearest to Casanova V. Kurt he has ever seen. Star\'s dam was sired by an imported son of Casanova. Star was later sent to South Africa where he has a profound influence of the breed despite being killed in a road accident not long after his arrival.(Photo and information from DOGS Monthly September 1991)
